Its applications are many and include sculpture, floor covering, decoration and construction of monuments and buildings. Besides, there are gigantic marble structures from Thassos marbles in all over the world. Examples include the religious place of worship in Mecca and Medina, the Holy Trinity Cathedral in Tbilisi, Georgia and the Tashkent conference center.
